Position Details

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Dental Implants & Full Arch Rehabilitation

Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift Surgery

Facial Trauma Management

Oral Pathology

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) & Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

Orthodontic Surgical Support (Expose & Bond, Canine Exposures)

Apicoectomy

Compensation & Benefits

Tiered Collections-Based Model : A lucrative earnings model that rewards performance with no cap on income potential. Surgeons earn based on monthly collections, allowing income to grow with surgical volume.

First-Year Guarantee : A monthly minimum of $33,333 (or collections-based compensation, whichever is greater), ensuring financial stability during ramp-up.

Student Loan Assistance : $2,000 / month support during the first year to help offset student loan obligations while building a patient base.

Relocation Support : Relocation package is negotiable based on candidate needs.

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced clinical training, travel, and courses.

Generous PTO : Four (4) weeks of paid time off.
