Data Center / Mission Critical Superintendent

Data Center Commercial Construction Superintendent

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for Data Center Construction / Mission Critical Projects . This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews

Maintain project schedule and adjust as needed

Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance

Conduct site walks and ensure quality control

Communicate with PMs, clients, and stakeholders

Resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays

Track budgets and control job costs

Maintain daily reports and project documentation

Requirements

Strong background in commercial or data center / mission critical construction

Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety

Ability to travel and work on active construction sites
