Hours Per Week : 40 (10 month position)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

SUMMARY :

Join our team as a Primary Therapist, where you will be a vital resource and trusted confidant for each student. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic treatment that enhances their quality of life while attending school.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, offering counseling and clinical interventions for your designated caseload.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Collaborate effectively as a part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage with internal and external care providers for continuous assessment and care coordination.
• Participate in professional supervision and ongoing education to enhance quality of care.
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of all required documentation.
• Maintain a full caseload, meeting productivity targets and minimizing missed appointments.
• Utilize proficient computer skills for electronic documentation.
• Obtain necessary licensure or permit promptly within the required timeframe.

$53,310.00 - $66,420.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of the current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be subject to modification in the future and is eligible for additional pay components.
