We’re expanding fast and looking for energetic, motivated, and people-loving leasing agents to join our West Hollywood-based team. If you’re ready to break into real estate and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is your chance.

You’ll help market properties, host tours, manage tenant relationships, and learn the ins and outs of the leasing process. Every day is different, and every interaction is a chance to make someone’s day.

This role is based out of our main office in West Hollywood, just minutes from The Grove.

What we’re looking for :

  • Someone based in Los Angeles.
  • Punctual, honest, and full of drive.
  • Great with people and confident in communication.
  • Willing and able to travel between properties throughout the city.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
  • Hungry to grow and open to feedback.
  • Available to work weekends.
  • A college degree is a plus, but not required.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Generating leads and helping fill units quickly.
  • Calling, texting, and emailing with prospects and tenants.
  • Leading apartment showings in various locations.
  • Handling move-in and move-out appointments.
  • Reporting on unit conditions and resident feedback.
  • Jumping in to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

    Pay : $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
