Sales Proposal Coordinator Principal Specialist
We are hiring for a Sales Proposal Coordinator Principal Specialist in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This position is a crucial member of the Interiors Finance organization in Business Development and will work with the Business Unit Engineering Department, Business Unit Leadership, and Program Management.
The Principal Specialist will be supporting external sales in reviewing RFP / RFI requests, coordinating completion of proposal packages, and assist in business pursuit strategy. The role requires strong communication skills and critical thinking. In addition, the Principal Specialist will require a robust investigative mindset and can work through efficiency improvements and opportunities as they present.
What You Will Do :
- Manages Request for Proposal (RFP) responses from receipt to hand-off to Program Management / Engineering in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepares project financials for management review and approval.
- Assists sales team in developing project budgets, pricing and negotiation strategies for management review and approval.
- Coordinates and analyzes technical information, product specifications and work scopes with engineering for proposal preparation.
- Analyzes product cost information for financial presentation.
- Works closely with Program Management and Engineering leadership to verify project schedules.
- Reviews, coordinates, and prepares responses to customer inquiries.
- Assists legal team in the preparation of customer contracts.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experiencePMP CertificationQualification We Prefer :
