SCHEDULE : This is a per-diem / part-time role with a flexible schedule
COMPENSATION : $25 / HOURLY
The position is grant funded through September 30, 2026.
SUMMARY :
The Parent Coach / Direct Support Staff will be responsible for conducting parenting classes and one-on-one coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires creating lesson plans, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives, and identifying performance / behavior gaps to improve performance. The Parent Coach / Direct Support Staff will also develop independent learning activities and engage parents with intellectual / developmental disabilities (I / DD) to promote skill development. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, traveling to conduct coaching sessions, conferring with supervisors, assisting with organization of staffing and logistics, and ensuring services are delivered with dignity and privacy.
