Shift : Nights / 7p-7 : 30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Weekend rotation : Every other, but can be variable based on needHoliday Expectations : Yes, fair and equitable; no holidays for ANM, but they may be able to pick up if needed

Requirements :

WA License

2 years minimum experience

Skills required : High acuity experience : labor management and delivery of high risk OB patients, ability to triage OB patients, circulate in OR, cervical checks, reading / interpreting fetal monitoring strips; second set of hands (receive and recover normal newborn as needed)

EPIC experience

BLS

NRP

Intermediate FHM (AWHONN)

5+ years experience preferred

Other Details :

EMR : EPIC required

Will accept a traveler as long as they have solid Charge Nurse experience and 3 years of nursing experience

Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 active labor, 1 : 2 non-active laboring, 1 : 2-3 antepartum, dependent on acuity

Floating : Antepartum (within L & D) , postpartum (4th floor) (occasionally), additional assignments within scope and experience
