Who we’re looking for :
We want a goal-motivated closer capable of handling hundreds of warm leads daily while maintaining exceptional customer service. No cold calling is required. You’ll guide our customers through the sales process from contact to close, collaborating across our departments to provide the best customer experience in the industry. Our commitment to care extends to our Spanish-speaking customers, so we’d love to add another fluent Spanish speaker to our team.

The Sales Representative will drive and close sales for Aerial Titans.
Responsibilities :
Manage hundreds of inbound leads, converting them into customersProactively identify and reach potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and textsSend 100+ quotes and customer follow-up emails dailyProactively communicate with customers throughout the sales processMaintain strong relationships with customersBuild strong rapport and ask the right questions to help customers select the right machine for their job and their budgetDocuments all pertinent sales details accurately in our ERP softwareConnect customers with appropriate financing optionsAssist fellow sales representatives with salesSupport our customers after the sale in coordination with our remote service managerMeet customers upon request to sell equipment in person for equipment stored at our Cartersville yardWorks collaboratively with other departmentsPerform other related duties as necessary or assignedRequired skills / abilities :
Ability to work 50+ hours per week to meet goalsSelf-starter with a strong desire to succeedCreative problem solver, focused on finding solutionsHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively navigate client interactions and manage emotionsCuriosity about the operational side of the business to ensure a smooth setup and customer experienceEducation & Experience :
Bilingual English / Spanish preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; some college, preferredTwo years or more of sales experiencePhysical requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at timesLocation :
