Position Overview

We’re seeking a  Collections Representative  to join a dynamic team focused on delivering empathetic, member-first service in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone with recent collections experience who thrives in a hybrid work setting and values both operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for inbound and outbound calls (approx. 115 total calls / day).
• Use an outbound dialer system to manage call volume efficiently.
• Handle member inquiries related to payments, arrangements, and account support.
• Spend ~80% of time on phone-based interactions and ~20% on administrative tasks.
• Provide compassionate service, understanding individual member circumstances to encourage retention.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84 / hr.
