Description of the role :

Welcome to Infiniti of Charlotte Inc, where we are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our automotive technicians.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with inquiries and service requests
Recommend and explain needed automotive services to customers
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Communicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of service

Requirements :

Prior experience in automotive service advisory roles

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
