Job Overview : You will play a critical role in assisting our HR department in evaluating new canvassers, field training, and coaching your team. You will be guiding and prioritizing canvassing efforts to optimize results. We need a leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement in lead generation goals.

Compensation : We provide a guaranteed hourly rate, plus commissions, plus overrides. Expected income. $80k - 120k
