About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead our Jira Cloud migration initiatives and drive Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Big 4 consulting firms , strong project management expertise, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects , ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
 - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
 - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Vendors) to ensure timely delivery.
 - Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
 - Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to translate requirements effectively.
 - Provide status reports and executive updates to leadership and stakeholders.
 - Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile / Lean principles.
 
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments.Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud migration projects .Prior experience working with or consulting for a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) .Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual) .Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.Background in IT project management, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level system migrations.Experience managing distributed / global teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.UrBench is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
