Description :

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room.

This position involves a patient ratio of 1 : 1 for days, nights, and weekends.

The daily census is around 20 patients.

Experience in gynecology and various surgical procedures is essential.

Skills required include surgical assistance, administration of blood products, and infection control.

Capabilities in anesthesia monitoring and conscious sedation are necessary.

The candidate will scrub for multiple surgeries, including general, orthopedic, and trauma cases.

Robotic surgical experience is preferred.

Flexibility to float between departments may be required.

Weekend shifts totaling 8 per 6-week schedule period are expected.

Call duty includes one weekend every six weeks and one night per week.

Compliance with safety protocols and emergency management is critical.

References from previous supervisors are required.
