Forward Deployed Engineer

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (US based).

Key Responsibilities

Design observability solutions and work with customer engineering teams on OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategies

Create technical documentation including integration guides and troubleshooting docs

Contribute to customer codebases, debug issues, and ensure successful deployments

Required Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in technical roles such as DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

Background in DevOps / Platform engineering with knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms

Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, Node.js, and Java

Excellent technical writing abilities for creating actionable documentation

Understanding of complex distributed architectures and scalable monitoring strategies
