Field Sales Representative - Fluid Control Systems and Products

This role will manage a sales territory in San Jose, CA and surrounding markets focused on outside sales and account management of fluid control, fluid filtration and fluid handling products and customers.
Essential Functions
- Work with your Manager to create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
- Build ongoing value by updating customers' knowledge of products / applications, assisting in product election, and providing appropriate training
- Utilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and other team members on territory sales strategy progress and problem resolution.
- Continually improves product / sales skills and market / application knowledge.
Experience, Education and Skills
HS Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in a related fields is preferred1+ years of outside sales / account management experience selling to industrial customersDemonstrated sales acumen and knowledgePrevious experience within industrial sales focused on fluid control systems, fluid filtration systems, fluid handling products is preferredAbility to lead and coordinate a sales team effortAbility to facilitate training sessionsOrganized, detail oriented, quick learner with ability to grasp new conceptsClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsBasic mathematics aptitude necessary (decimals, fractions, algebra)Mechanical AptitudeMS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPointValid Drivers LicenseWe Offer :
