Duties and Responsibilities :
Attend all HUD, Rural Development, and Tax Credit inspections and supervisory reviewsSupervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workersEnsure employee compliance with the State Residential Landlord & Tenant ActReview all rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and complianceEnsure buildings are up to government and environmental regulationsMake recommendations for physical repairs, replacements and / or improvementsMaintain inventory of all equipment and suppliesSchedule on-call personnel and supervise any on-site emergencies that may ariseEnsure work assignments are performed in accordance with OSHA standardsMake recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programsMaintain accounting records including payroll and overtime, approving invoices for payment, and monitoring rent delinquencies, NSF procedures, and evictionsAssist in annual budget creation and prepare monthly variance reportsRespond to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptlyEnforce apartment community rules and regulations and provide documentation of disputes or issuesQualifications
This position carries supervisory responsibilities.Affordable certifications preferredCollege education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)Previous clerical / administrative experience and experience with office computers and softwareMust have a valid driver’s license and be able to driveMust have reliable transportationWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
