• $18 / hour
• Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM CST (Training : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM CST)
• W2 Employment

ROLE IMPACT

As a key contributor within a fast-paced financial services team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports accurate and timely escrow operations. The CSR directly impacts customer satisfaction and compliance by managing insurance-related inquiries and ensuring proper account updates.
