Financial Analyst

Position Overview :

The Financial Analyst consultant will play a key role in supporting our ERP implementation. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.

Assist with ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and operational needs.

Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition standards to financial reporting, with emphasis on manufacturing contracts and deliverables.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Collaborate with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to enhance visibility into performance drivers.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

Provide ad-hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support to management.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with direct experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Prior ERP implementation experience required

Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.

Experience with managing large data sets is required

Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools.
