Position Overview :

A facility in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Medical-Surgical RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the Med-Surg unit, ensuring high-quality and safe patient outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the Med-Surg unit

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements :

Active AR state license or compact state RN license

BLS and ACLS required

Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
