Location: Omaha, Ashland, South Sioux City, Gretna, and Waverly
Schedule: Part-Time; Contract 1099
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

We are seeking warm and razor-smart psychiatric nurse practitioners with entrepreneurial spirits to perform consultations in nursing homes in Nebraska. Ivy consultants are able to build an independent consulting practice while making a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their families. As psychiatric nurse practitioners working at Ivy, you will be provided full administrative support and clinical mentorship. • Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of recommended interventions.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• ANNC Board Certification
• Ability to travel in Nebraska
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic
