What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary based on the location and client site.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Observe for irregularities and report findings to appropriate personnel promptly.

Support access control processes and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
