Community Loyalty Associate
Chobani's Community Loyalty Team Associate will represent the Chobani brand, culture, and products to its customers, through a variety of channels. This individual is part of a team that builds brand loyalty by providing messaging that addresses the needs of our audiences and acts as frontline defense for Chobani.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing excellent written and verbal support to consumers by answering inbound calls and emails received through our toll-free number, email and Chobani.com
- Offering best in class service to ensure that every consumer leaves the interaction feeling seen, heard, supported, and cared for
- Providing support to our consumers via social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Proactively learning about product specs, descriptions, nutritionals, ingredients, and social issues to address incoming questions
- Answering questions or addressing concerns about Chobani ads, brand messaging, and developing news
- Accurately recording information gathered in transactions with consumers into CRM (Consumer Relations Management) system
- Meeting quality and productivity requirements as it relates to engaging the needs of the consumer
- Aligning efforts in messaging with the greater External Communications team
- Raising business-critical complaints as necessary
- Completing other tasks as necessary
Requirements include :
College Degree or High School Diploma combined with relevant experience requiredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience requiredAbility to understand and convey the ideals and culture of the Chobani brandExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly learn new material and informationPrevious experience with real-time data entryAbility to handle stressful situations while maintaining proper tone and messagingAbility to work independently with little supervision on occasion as well as in a team environmentBe able to travel to our Norwich or New Berlin locations within an hour and a half.
