The Network Manager will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This role leads a team of network engineers and administrators, collaborating with IT leadership to develop and execute network strategies that align with business and healthcare IT needs.

The Network Manager ensures compliance with industry standards and security best practices while proactively identifying and mitigating network risks. This role plays a key part in network optimization, troubleshooting, and future-proofing the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Manage and mentor network engineers and administrators, providing guidance on best practices and technical development.
• Ensure high network availability, performance, and security across all locations.
• Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, NIST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to mitigate network vulnerabilities and respond to security
• Optimize network traffic flow, bandwidth utilization, and QoS policies to enhance application
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network infrastructure.

Qualifications

Physical Demands
