Position Overview :

Austin TX School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for their Hybrid Elementary role covering multiple campuses. This role is tailored for a Pathologist experienced in supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive or developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide therapy services both in-person and virtually using tele practice platforms.
• Use a variety of delivery models (e.g., pull-out, push-in, small group, individual).
• Adapt therapy materials for both physical and digital use.
• Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate both types of sessions.
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Set measurable goals aligned with district academic standards.
• Track progress and provide updates to IEP teams and families
