Sobre del Rol

Bajo la direccin del Supervisor, este puesto es responsable de realizar tareas de limpieza para edificios de oficinas o mdicos y reas relacionadas. Se debe brindar un servicio al cliente de calidad al cliente en todo momento. El conocimiento o la voluntad de aprender tcnicas de limpieza adecuadas es esencial.

Horario

  • Horario de tiempo completo : 5 p.m. a 1 : 30 a.m. de lunes a viernes o 5 : 30 p.m. a 2 a.m. de lunes a viernes (vara segn la ubicacin asignada)

30+ horas por semana.

  • Horario a tiempo parcial : Vara segn la ubicacin asignada

    • Menos de 29 horas por semana.

    Las responsabilidades / funciones diarias del trabajo incluyen, entre otras :

  • Aspirar, barrer y trapear pisos y escaleras.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar los baos.
  • Limpie fregaderos, encimeras, microondas y refrigeradores en las salas de descanso.
  • Reposicin de suministros en baos, salas de descanso y reas comunes.
  • Vace todos los botes de basura y reemplace los revestimientos, limpie los recipientes segn sea necesario.
  • Desempolvar y limpiar escritorios y muebles de oficina que no estn desordenados.
  • Limpieza de alfizares y ventanas.
  • Mantenga los armarios de los conserjes de manera limpia, organizada y segura.
  • Mantener el equipo de limpieza en condiciones limpias, seguras y operables.
  • Etiquetado, dilucin y uso adecuados de todos los productos qumicos.
  • Usar el equipo de proteccin personal adecuado en todo momento.

  • Debe tener 18 aos de edad o ms.
  • Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar dentro de los Estados Unidos.
  • Se requiere transporte confiable.
  • Debe estar dispuesto a someterse a una verificacin de antecedentes penales.

    • Entorno de trabajo y demandas fsicas

  • El trabajo se realiza en una variedad de oficinas o ubicaciones mdicas diferentes con una amplia variedad de personas con diferentes funciones, personalidades y habilidades.
