Job Title : Senior Tax Manager

Job Location :   Waukesha, WI - Hybrid

Salary :   $145,000-$185,000(DOE)

Requirements :   5+ Years of Public Accounting Tax

Position Overview

The Senior Tax Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to clients, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax savings opportunities and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Review and oversee the work of junior staff and provide mentorship and training as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding their tax matters, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
