Join our team as an Operational Excellence Intern where you will gain hands-on experience driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that optimize processes and support organizational goals.

Primary Duties

• Assist in analyzing current operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process improvement projects using established methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collect, process, and interpret data to provide insights that drive decision-making.
• Participate in the creation of detailed documentation, including process maps, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track the progress of ongoing initiatives.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest innovative ideas to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions to develop a deep understanding of operational excellence principles and practices.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Prior internship or project experience in operations or process improvement is beneficial but not required.
