Advanced Technologies Software Implementation Specialist

Abel Womack has an exciting opportunity for an experienced implementation specialist to join our fast-growing team!

The Advanced Technologies Implementation Specialist oversees and manages installation and implementation of iWarehouse and related warehouse management software at our customer sites throughout New England and New York. The successful applicant will support our customers through the implementation of advanced technologies that will help them manage their warehouse fleet, ensuring a complete and effective deliverable to the customer and a positive customer experience. This role is responsible for post-sale customer kickoff calls, site server setup and configuration, technical troubleshooting, onsite customer training and post-implementation support for all iWarehouse and Advanced Technologies customers.

Essential Duties :

• Execute and manage Advanced Technologies implementations and related projects
• Upon close of sale and establishment of project scope and timeline by the Project Manager, the Implementation Specialist assumes the lead role in execution of the implementation portion of designated projects.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Abel Womack organization, capabilities, key contacts, vendors, and Raymond network.
• Execute Gateway spinup, GTS Server request and initial GTS configuration
• Complete pre-implementation audit to include on site network test, badge test and truck list verification
• Act as the implementation point person for designated project responsibilities to make sure all aspects of the project implementation are met with success according to customer and Abel Womack expectations.
• Execute onsite iWarehouse implementation through Go Live and Site Wrap up
• Perform essential duties including but not limited to : Customer & internal resource coordination, kickoff calls, server setup and configuration, technical troubleshooting, onsite initial customer trainings and post implementation support and ongoing training for all iWarehouse and Advanced technologies customers.
• Provide consistent communication with appropriate customer contacts regarding follow-ups, updates, project deliverables and any unexpected delays in a thorough and timely fashion.
• Identify, address, and resolve any unexpected issues that arise in designated projects and work with all necessary parties to ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
• Partner with sales representatives and internal teams prior, during and following the close of deals for projects in which they will be involved.
• Follow-up with customers on completed projects and installations to confirm continued satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer further support for any additional solutions needed.
• Other duties and projects as assigned
