Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems
Process sales orders, contracts, and pricing requests
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on proposal development and account transitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
3 to 6 years' experience in a B2B software or professional services environment
Workday certification or familiarity with HR / Payroll systems (preferred)
Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
