Personal Banker I

Civista Bank, a cornerstone in banking within our community, is looking to expand our team with a dedicated Personal Banker I. This role is pivotal in fostering the bank's ethos of personalized service by helping customers manage their personal banking needs and providing solutions tailored to their financial objectives. Assisting customers in opening, managing, and optimizing personal accounts including checks, savings, and credits. Advising clients on bank services for their personal financial needs and planning including mortgages, auto loans, and insurance products. Increasing customer loyalty through proactive communication, excellent service, and attending to customer queries and issues promptly. Meeting regularly with clients to assess financial needs, present and sell banking products and services, and maintain knowledge of broader industry trends. Collaborating with team members and other departments to facilitate a cohesive service environment. Achieving personal targets and contributing to the team's overall targets and objectives. Maintaining high levels of compliance with all bank and regulatory policies.
