This role is a dedicated pathway to a Clinical Manager position, designed for a highly motivated and experienced registered nurse ready to advance into clinical leadership.
Requirements :
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.A minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.Preferred Experience :
A Foundation for Leadership : Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus, providing a solid base for this growth-oriented role.Shaping the Future of Care : Prior home healthcare experience is a preferred qualification, offering direct insight into our client-focused mission.Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilator care is also highly valued.Compensation & Schedule :
This is a full-time, office-based position (8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).A flexible mindset is required, as the role's responsibilities will occasionally extend beyond standard office hours to meet client needs.$37.00 - $40.00 / HourNER-NJ-RX
