As the Electrical Engineering Discipline Director, you will lead, mentor, and manage the electrical engineering team while driving client relationship management. Your responsibilities include managing project staffing, schedules, and resource allocation, as well as overseeing the design of lighting and controls, power, and low-voltage systems.
