Job description5+ years of experience in QA or UAT testing . Hands-on experience with Credit Card or Banking / Financial Services applications. Strong understanding of UAT processes , defect management , and test documentation . Experience with JIRA , ALM , or similar testing tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in banking environment or large financial institutions. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology. Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation.
ob Description :
We are seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our team supporting Wells Fargo . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , particularly within the Credit Card domain . This role involves close collaboration with business teams, developers, and project managers to ensure that applications meet business and functional requirements before production deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform UAT testing for credit card systems and related financial applications.
- Review business and functional requirements to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual and / or automated test cases and document test results.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using standard QA tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Participate in regression testing and ensure readiness for production rollout.
- Provide detailed UAT reports and sign-off documentation to stakeholders.
