As their influence continues to grow, we are building new ways to position them as the powerful media entities they have become.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve operational performance across the business.
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize the end-to-end content-to-sales process.
Establish best practices that can scale across clients, platforms, and markets.
12+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or related leadership roles across strategic operations within digital media, entertainment, or creator-driven businesses.
Proven experience working directly with talent, creators, and their teams to operationalize content inventory for market monetization.
Track record of collaborating with senior leadership to define strategy and execute complex, high-growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing scalable operational systems that drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, content monetization models, and creator economies.
Experience developing monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and rate card design.
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging dashboards, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools to inform decisions.
Experience evaluating and implementing technology platforms to support operational scalability.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
Senior operator with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving large-scale initiatives from concept to completion.
Collaborative and persuasive, with credibility to operate at the senior leadership level.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build processes, systems, and teams from the ground up.
