Telemetry RN Job Details Location : Cleveland, Ohio (44195) – Ohio nursing jobs Healthcare Setting : Internal Medicine / Telemetry Unit (Med / Surg Tele) Assignment Type : Locum tenens, Travel Registered Nurse Contract Length : 13 weeks (potential extension up to 16 weeks) Start Date : October 13, 2025 End Date : January 12, 2026 Shifts : 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day : 7 : 00am–7 : 30pm, Night : 7 : 00pm–7 : 30am; rotation typically 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,250 - $2,310 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Med / Surg Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments Recent 18 months of Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience (travel nursing experience accepted) Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State Registered Nurse license Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (active, not pending) One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in telemetry or med / surg specialty Ability to work at least every other holiday as required Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Internal Medicine / Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in unit-based quality improvement and clinical support initiatives Float to other hospital units as needed to support operational needs Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Join our renowned Cleveland healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
