Job description$20$24 / hr, depending on experience Benefits included 401(k) Generous holiday and PTO schedule Act as the primary point of contact for field reps via email and voicemail Support Project Managers with scheduling, task organization, and project coordination Perform high-volume data entry and ensure accurate information flow between systems Assist in solving pay discrepancies and addressing staffing needs Collaborate with teams working on major clients and jump in on one-off projects as needed Use internal software and spreadsheets to monitor project progress and update reports Field rep reporting platforms (photos, Q&A, updates) Scheduling and payroll management tools Google Sheets / Excel for data entry and basic tracking Ideal for recent grads, career-changers, or those with retail experience looking to move into operations Strong communication skills; comfortable talking with field reps and internal teams Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and energized by a collaborative, outspoken office culture Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required Supportive, close-knit Operations team Highly collaborative, questions are always encouraged Managers who are approachable and hands-on Team group activities to keep morale high
Role Overview
As an Operations & Scheduling Coordinator, youll be the go-to connection for our field reps and a key support partner for our Project Managers. Youll help keep projects running smoothly through scheduling, task organization, and accurate data handling across multiple systems. - College Station, TX (Onsite)
- Full-Time : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM
- Temp-to-Hire , with a strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent role
