Job Responsibilities

As a member of the management team, the Retail Sales Manager will supervise and participate in the merchandising / set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service. Additional responsibilities of the Retail Sales Department Manager include :

• Managing the activities of the sales and stock functions
• Training, coaching, and developing associates by leading by example
• Providing in-depth product knowledge and all other components of customer service
• Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintaining an awareness of advertised merchandise and ensuring all ads are set and signed properly

Job Requirements
