Job Purpose

Compliance Associate supports the Director of Compliance in monitoring the effectiveness of the company compliance program and helps with compliance related projects.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage & monitor all incoming and in process consumer bankruptcy fillings for action and disposition.
• Manage all operational monitoring reports

Qualifications

Education : 4+ years relevant experience and / or College Degree preferred

Specialized knowledge : In depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, PCI, privacy and various state collection statutes, Regulation F preferred.

Experience : 2+ years’ experience in collection and / or servicing operations
