Job Description

• Lead and oversee all phases of a large-scale multifamily project, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure the project is delivered on time and within financial targets.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Drive communication with owners, architects, and engineers, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor progress and performance , preparing regular updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to uphold compliance and maintain a safe jobsite.
