What You Will Get To Do
Deliver accurate and timely work product within deliverable timelinesPrepare work paper files for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, income and expense accruals and investment activityUpdate distribution waterfall (carried interest) modelsPrepare management fee calculations and supporting schedulesReview all transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc.Perform bank reconciliations and process journal entriesSupport year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client and auditorsActively interact with clients and counter-parties including legal counsels, auditors and tax advisors to meet key deadlinesWhat You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA and / or MBA is a plus2+ years’ experience in Accounting; a focus on alternative investments funds, Private Equity / Real Assets experience, is a plusKnowledge required of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other comprehensive accounting concepts; knowledge on investment partnerships is a plusExperience preparing and reviewing general ledgers, work papers and financial statementsDeadline-oriented with strong attention to detail with the ability to complete assigned tasks independentlyAbility to work independently and as part of a team successfullyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills required#J-18808-Ljbffr
