Responsibilities :

• Perform general electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain the grounds and landscaping
• Ensure all tasks meet inspection guidelines and deadlines
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
