The Advertising Operations Team is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Advertising Operations Director, the Ad Ops Specialist is an important member of the team responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the sales, finance, and traffic departments. This includes troubleshooting WideOrbit system issues, providing helpdesk support, entering codes into the system, and providing regional training. The Advertising Operations Specialist will also work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that all traffic needs are met.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation range for this role is $28.85 / hr. to $33.65 / hr. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
