We are searching for a skilled Medical Assistant with MA / DermTech certification to join our team in our Bellaire Office. This is a full time, benefited position, Mon-Friday, days. Applicants must be detail orientated, have experience with rooming & educating patients, obtaining procedure consents, assisting with procedures, documenting accurately in the EMR, scribing for physician, completing patient call backs, familiar with relaying pathology test results, completing prior authorizations, removing sutures and other duties as assigned.
Successful applicants will be quick thinking, team players who are passionate about helping others. They will possess the ability to document accurately and quickly, have knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical and medication abbreviations and have the ability to work productively as part of the team.
