We're currently hiring for Heavy Equipment Operators and Truck Drivers. On the job training provided. Please click on this link to watch a short video to learn more about Watco : The Watco Spirit

Join us for a face-to-face event taking place on Tuesday, October 28th from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.

Interviews will take place with managers and Watco representatives at the following location :

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Collinsville - St Louis (conference room)

1000 Eastport Plaza Drive

Collinsville, IL 62232

Event time will be 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Walk-ins are welcome. Depending on event turnout please be prepared for a short wait time upon arrival / check-in to speak to a Watco representative.

Position Schedules Available :

  • Heavy Equipment Operators : Rotating (three days on, two days off M-F). Every other weekend is off
  • Liquid Transload Operator : Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
  • Mechanic : Night Shift 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am with every other weekend off
  • Truck Drivers : 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am

Pay ranges anywhere between $23-26 / hour depending on position and experience

Full medical and other benefits provided

Things to Consider :

  • Please dress appropriately (please no sweatpants, sandals, or tanktops)
  • Resumes recommended, but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license (class A CDL for Truck Drivers)
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, standard physical)
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in all weather elements
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
