We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Triad region team. We currently have clinics in Greensboro and Summerfield, and one in Reidsville that will be opening soon. Qualifications and Experience
Graduate of an accredited PT / OT SchoolState of North Carolina Therapy License RequiredCurrent CPR CertificationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and demandsComfortable using email, internet applications, and practice management softwareStrong customer orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResponsibilities include but are not limited to, the following
Perform patient evaluations and formulates a treatment plan based on the findingsImplement appropriate patient care treatment techniques including exercise techniques, manual therapy interventions, modalities, and provide patient and family educationMaintain all adequate documentation in a timely manner including closing encounters, obtaining Medicare certification, and appropriately coding for treatment providedAttend formal continuing education conferences to ensure the growth of skills and expanding clinical knowledgeSupervise appropriate personnel including therapy assistants, technicians, and ancillary staffAssist with business and administrative facets of practice as deemed by the manager including marketingAssist with the formalization of new programs and continue to update present programs for growth of the practiceAttend appropriate staff meetingsMaintain all professional licenses, mandatory certifications, OSHA, and HIPAA compliancePerforms other duties as required and assigned by Manager, including schedule changes and travel to office locations as assigned
