Job description

Coastal Pulmonary & Critical Care | Practice Medicine the Way It Should Be

Year 1 : $500,000+ earning potential

Practice Highlights

  • Work-Life Balance : Balanced schedule featuring a favorable 1 : 4 call schedule.
  • Ideal Work Environment : Join an established team of 3 physicians, supported by 2 respiratory therapists, 3 medical assistants, and a robust referral network.
  • Professional Growth Opportunities : Opportunities to focus on subspecialty interests like sleep medicine, with access to a 4-bed sleep lab handling ~100 studies / month.
  • State-of-the-Art Facilities : Practice in a modern 36-bed ICU with Meditech Expanse EMR, Dragon Dictation, and advanced tools like navigation bronchoscopy and EBUS.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed $550,000 year 1
  • Relocation Assistance : $10,000 paid relocation support.
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance : Multiple student loan forgiveness options available, plus educational stipend.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package : Health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, 34 days off with $3,000 CME allowance

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : MD or DO.
  • Certifications : Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care.
  • Licensure : Active license or eligible to obtain one.
  • Experience : Training in pulmonary / critical care required; sleep medicine experience preferred but completely optional.
  • Sponsorship : Residents welcome to apply.
