• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and AV equipment (e.g., TV screens, monitors, projectors)
• Plan and execute structured cabling installations, including routing, labeling, and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to support office technology setups and relocations
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and asset inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards during installations
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users as needed
• Help IT Leadership in completing, innovating, and maintaining the IT
