Job descriptionDevelop and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outreach Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for coverage improvements Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and support Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and client engagement Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Excellent listening and closing skills Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

- Base salary between $49,000 and $65,000, based on experience
