Flooring Helper

Jack Laurie Group is looking for a motivated Flooring Helper to join our growing installation team! This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities to learn new skills, grow your career, and work alongside experienced flooring professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do :

Assist flooring installers with demolition, preparation, layout, installation, and finishing work

Handle materials such as carpet, vinyl, wood, epoxy, and tile

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites

Load, unload, and organize tools and materials

Learn trade skills and installation techniques through hands-on training

What We’re Looking For :

Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn

Clean background check required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (job sites span across Indiana)

Ability to travel as needed for various projects

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Starting pay : $18–$22 / hour (based on experience)
