The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales, maintenance, presentation, and demonstration of Hi-Vac Corporation’s product lines to potential customers on a day-to-day basis. Complete all dealer development processes when applicable. Practice strong sales skills, computer skills, marketing, and business processes.

Essential Job Duties include but not limited to :

• Market Development.
• Maintain the dealer network in the assigned area via a continuous, rolling schedule of Dealer visitation, training, sales assistance, and relationship building. Strive for continuous positive development of the Dealer corps through value-added performance appraisals and reviews.
• Quote preparation.
• Customer Specification Review.
• Customer Demonstration Planning / Logistics.
• Continuous acquisition and cataloguing of competitive data; coordination of said intelligence with HVC Sales team and Senior Management
• Facilitate demonstrations to customers; at times may be accompanied by HVC / Dealer sales personnel. Capable of working effectively in an unsupervised sales environment.
• Provide unit training to customers as needed.
• Prepare product for demonstration – clean inside and out, complete with necessary tools.
• Assist with arrangement, setup, and execution of Trade Shows.
• Significant travel required.
• Ensure travel expenditures are within corporate guidelines.
